Historic Altamont, Inc. is grateful to have been awarded funds through the County of Albany’s Arts, Culture and Tourism Promotion Grant, a disbursal of the American Rescue Plan (ARPA) Federal relief funding designated to help with economic recovery and community development initiatives following the pandemic. Generous donations from the Altamont Community Tradition (ACT) areappreciated.

We thank Jeff Thomas for donating space for the kiosk, and the village of Altamont for the donation of bluestone pavers. We are grateful to Thom Breitenbach for the kiosk and graphic designs, and Albany County GISD
for hosting the StoryMap. This brochure was funded with thanks from donations
from Gary and Charlene Bivona.
